Refund Policy
Overview
iProductions offer refunds and cancellations when the request meets the conditions stated herein. Our company has the right to assess the service before granting approval of the client’s chosen remedy.
Note: The services which includes physical contact should be booked at least 7 days beforehand.
Cancellation
Customers experiencing a problem with the services may be eligible to cancel a contract. There are several problems that fall under this condition:
- The service created an unsafe situation.
- The service has known issues that discourage end-customers from purchasing or patronizing the service.
- The service fails to deliver the expected result as promised, or if it cannot be used for its specific purpose.
- The company made changes to the services that it originally agreed to.
As mentioned, iProductions has the right to review the situation before deciding if the consumer is eligible to cancel their contract.
Refunds
Customers can apply for a refund after encountering a major, unresolvable problem with the service. After cancelling the contract, the client can request a refund and is eligible for compensation, especially if they paid upfront. They can also get compensated if they experience any drop in value following the issue.
It’s important to remember that the refund amount depends on whether iProductions delivered all or some of the services paid. The consumer is liable to pay a reasonable amount of money for any work done by the production house so far.
iProductions offers a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing the service. A small fee will be deducted for refunds applied prior to 48 hours of paying for the service. In the last 48 hours of service purchase, consumers can expect a 50% deduction to the amount. Lastly, a 100% deduction is applied if the client requests service cancellation within the last 24 hours of purchase.
Payments
After the video shoot is completed, the client is required to make a full payment of 100% of the agreed-upon fees for further procession of the project. Failure to make this payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in a delay in the delivery of the final video or may incur additional charges as outlined in our pricing agreement. After receipt of full payment, iProductions will commence the project’s concluding stages.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t yet received a refund, check your bank account again after some time. It may take a while before your refund is officially posted. You can contact your card company for more information regarding this transaction.
You may also contact your bank regarding this matter. In some cases, the refund may undergo a lengthy processing time before it is posted to your account.
